Hi Ken,
To upload your avatar, look in the upper right corner of the website after you are logged in.
1. Click on the 'Profile' link
2. On the Profile page, click on the "Profile Related Information" link on the left.
3. Browse to a photo of yourself and upload.

When I tested this I show up as user 56 - "u,56"

Used the link but the system does not like
my picture - even after I reduced it by 75%
so I'll have to keep working on that.
