    • I'm actually surprised I haven't heard more about this on the intertubes. So, here it is: don't upgrade to Snow Leopard - it will hose everything about your life.

    • OK I have found the issue that has stopped my version of Firefox working in Snow Leopard. Since installing Snow Leopard some fonts have become corrupt and not compatible with the new system. I use Suitcase Fusion to manage font and I found that if I disabled all my non standard font then Firefox ran fine. There is a rouge font in there somewhere and by tuning of fonts 1 by 1 they I can pick out the culprit. Please note that once Firefox is running then when font are turned on they do not effect it. If you want to find the troubled font then restart Firefox after the font has been turned on. Or just let Suitcase turn on the font as and when needed.
