problem with updater

Having problem to update too.
When i try to look for update it turns and finally have an error 500
It's my own server CentOS based with WHM/cPanel.
I obtain an error message (simply error) when i try to simply login to authentificate my rocketthemes ID in administrator.

I'm stuck with the same issue.
I tried the updatescleaner, all advices of thread 208211.
Nothing works.
One of my site upon which I was still connected, all updates went good, I manually disconnected & got the same error message:
"A communication error occured communicating with the RocketTheme update server. Please try again later."
Please advice?

Last Status: April 18th
After doing in the exact order the operations listed hereunder, I could connect.
Akeeba Backup (I always act in paranoïd mode while updating!)
Manual re-installation (no-previous deletion) of last versions of:
- Gantry,
Template only (here cerulean),
RokUpdater,
RokSprocket,
RokGallery,
RokAjaxSearch,
RokNavMenu.
Of Course because those Modules / Components were previously installed on my site!
"Et Voilà", hope this could help users as well as RocketTheme Team.
