  i am not seeing any issues on your site, the template settings load, the joomla updater shows correctly and the extensions manager update screen loads fine too and loads available updates.

- I am having the same issues with all of my templates, is rokettheme doing anything about it to rectify it?

  please go to your extensions manager and uninstall the RokUpdater extension. It's no longer needed because all our extensions have been free for a long time now.

- I'm having the same issue, template is iridescent, joomla 3.7.2 have a dedicated server with siteground.

- There is no need to authenticate with RokUpdater as it is no longer available or supported by RocketTheme and all of our extensions use the standard Joomla update function.
  
  You can disable it via Extensions > Plugins > RokUpdater.

- Have the same problem. Unistalled the updater, updated the theme to the last version and updated gantry. My website is totally dead now from the front end. Back-end works...
