How Do We Get Help from RocketTheme?

I guess most of us are customers.
We learn, pretty quickly, to follow the rules.
We can't nudge support via a PM. We just sit and wait and hope.
So how in the hell do we get answers when we need them from this company.

we try to get to as many posts as we can with the time we have and some times a moderator will look at a post and if they do not know the answer they have to move on to provide rapid response to the ones they do know the answer to. I know this from personal experience. We are all good looking but not all knowing

Hi,
I am new to Rocket Theme and have the same problem... I have submitted a few emails via support on the contact - us page - with no response.
I own a web business and really need constant support, is the forum the only way?

Thank you, yes a few...but I am having quite a lot of trouble using RT...
Please see post "Step-by-Step" for futher error messages & problems.
Really need RT to work correctly, I own a web business - and love your themes.
