wow, I would say it was just an strange thing. Something was wrong with the server for that exact second.
Try to go back in, go to the joomla database, go to users, change the 2nd user from
Registered
to
Super Administrator
Right after usertype is block, it will be a 1,change it to a 0. 1 is a yes, block the user, but you want to unblock the user.
Oh, why cant it just be unblocked outside of there? Well, I gave it some fake email address.
You of course should give the admin a new password, after login into the administrator part of Joomla, and then just delete the login I signed up. - Last Edit: 16 years 10 months ago by .

Maybe I should reinstall the whole thing. Now I know what I am doing I can recreate the whole thing.
If I do I will remember my darn password!!!
If I do this all again... what can I do to ensure that the website comes up under e-adec.com and not all that other rubbish?

okey dokey - i did it.
I put the new version up last night / this morning.

Loads of work to do of course. Slight problem atm. I keep getting the following error page
Parse error: parse error, unexpected $ in /home/eadec/public_html/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/language/default_language/default_language.php on line 204
What can I do to fix this. It seems that the fireboard and community builder components are not working.

I've just completed a total reinstallation.
The community stuff works now but no fireboard. New error message now...
