You need to ask your hosting company about this. You are getting a server 500 on the install (see screenshot) - there will be an error message in the apache log that will give a better error message about what is wrong.
I also got "out of memory" errors too - agian you host shouldbe able to help you with this.
Also, your configuration.php file is showing as not writable too - again ask you host about this. Checking with FTP there are no permissions or owner/group showing for any file - perhaps because this is a windows server? Again, ask your host.
