Hello,
we are having problems with our site when running php version 7.2, we bought the Vermilion template.
What can we do to solve this problem?
Message: Error: Call to a member function init () on null: [] operator not supported for strings

Update the Vermilion template to the latest version and also Gantry 4 and rt extensions to the latest versions too.
Note that your subscription has expired so you will need to purchase a new subscription to be able to download the latest version from our site.
All our products on latest versions work with PHP 7.2.

Go to our site and download the "standalone" package for the Vermilion template. Install this in Joomla extensions manager > install (DO NOT uninstall first). You will not be able to download this package until you purchase a new subscription (either joomla club membership or "vermilion" template lifetime subscription).
Go to extensions manager > update - click "clear cache" and then "find updates" and you should then see all the updates that you need to do - so do each one (this should include Gantry 4).

Hello,
we have just paid and downloaded the Vermilion template. Insatllatiion went well, the site is now visible under php 7.2.
On the other hand, in the administration panel, we see an update that does not work: RokSprocket Module, with error: RokSprocket needs at least RokCommon version 3.2.6. You currently have RokCommon version 3.2.5
Also, we have an error on Not Authenticatedw / Rocketheme, impossible to identify.
Do you have an idea of the problem ?

Yes, you need to download and install rokcommon 3.2.6.
You can do this by going to the "extensions" page of our site and clicking on the "roksprocket" tile and then downloading rokcommon v3.2.6 - then install this in extensions manager > install. You will then be able to do the rokspocket update after that.
