That looks like your Joomla version and not your php version.
Can you PM me with a temporary Super Admin access please and I will take a look to see what the cause may be. Please include the link to this post for ease of reference.

OK - 5.2.9 - That really is your php version
That version is completely obsolete. It was realeased in Feb 2009 and replaced in Jul 2009 with 5.2.10
You should be on 5.3.X as a minimum these days. I would advise you to ask your host to upgrade the php version. Make sure you take a full site back up first just in case of problems.
