    RokAjaxSearch module: I only get "No Results", Advanced part works well.

    • I used the RokAjaxSearch module, it worked fine before but now I only get "No Results". The Advanced part of this works fine.
      I tried it out on laptop Win 8, Android and iPad. All the same issue.

      Has it to do with Javascript or Mootools?

      Joomla 3.3.3. Template Chapelco. Did already search for a solution within the forum.

    • No idea since you didn't post a link for me to check? Do you have an example "search" that you are testing with?

    • You have v1.2 of chapelco template installed - please can you update to latest verion (v1.4) first (backup first!).

    • There are bug fixes included in the later version that may (or may not) have a bearing on this issue. Therefore, I would like you to update, if the problem still remains I can investigate further.

    • Oh, I hadn't realised that that your membership had expired. That means your not entitled to support either - which is presumably why you did not post this question in the rokajaxsearch forum or template forum.

      Sorry, no you need to be a member to get support or access to the latest template version. You can subscribe for a single template only now (for life).
