Mark,
If a Joomla enthousiast uses the free RokAjaxSearch extension (and has not a rockettheme template), what will this forum contribute to him/her?
In my perception, I do not think it is a condition to be a Rockettheme member (and to have a RT template) to get support from an extension that RT provides for free.
I myself was able to register to post in this part of the forum.
Please explain as I may not well aware about the condition in detail.

Ok, many of our extensions are now FREE, but support IS NOT FREE. Our priority is always to assist paying members. The rokajaxsearch forum and template forums are not accessible unless you have a valid current membership. Yes you can post in free stuff forums and perhaps other members will reply there.
We put considerable effort into producing and maintaining extensions and template, some we choose to allow people to use for FREE but we are a commercial business and we need to make money too to keep investing back in more templates and extensions that our membership can use.

Hi!
The same thing happened to me. It all worked well this morning, but now the ajax search doesn't show no results, but the Advanced works just fine. No new installs or settings of the administration.
I DO own a one single template licence and have the latest chapelco...

Klemen Gersak = please don't post in one year old dormant topics or we might miss your post altogether - it's always best to create your own topic.
Are you using a CDN? (e.g. cloudflare) if so please disable it and clear it's cache.
It is more likely a clash with some other third-party component. So, you need to disable your third-party extensions one at a time (clearing server and browser cache between each change) until you find the culprit.
Make sure that all RT products are up-to-date (backup before updating anything), clear server and browser cache after you have updated.
