Text wrap around RokGallery slideshow?

In Global Configuration/System, the caching is disabled.
In Maintenance, I have cleared the cache in Clear Cache, and I have Purged Expired Cache.
In Extension Manager, I have purged the cache.
In Template Manager, the cache settings are disabled.
The problem is persisting. Are there other places for me to disable the cache, and how can I tell if caching is enabled?

- I disabled the RokGZipper plugin. I do not have the RokBooster plugin. I do have plugins for RokExtender, RokBox, RokCandy, and RokGallery. Should I disable any of those? If I don't get this issue cleaned up with the slideshow I will need to take the site offline until I find a solution.

well now that you have the caching disabled so that I could see what is going on in the source files you also took the site offline so that I cannot see anything.
If you would like us to take a look, you can submit super admin and FTP login info to the "Secure" (NOT "Public") tab of the full reply editor. Only moderators and RT Staff can see that information.

- Hello. I was able able to fix that error, but now I have a much bigger one. I uploaded the RokGallery plugin, but it told me the Component could not be uploaded. I checked back on my site (it is offline now) and the header completely collapsed, except for a little sliver at the very top. I must have deleted something. Any ideas how to fix this? Any help is much appreciated.

without seeing the site offering help will be hard for such an issue. If you would like us to take a closer look, you can submit super admin and FTP login info to the "Secure" (NOT "Public") tab of the full reply editor. Only moderators and RT Staff can see that information.
