The problem is persisting. Are there other places for me to disable the cache, and how can I tell if caching is enabled?
do you have the rokbooster or rokgzipper plugins installed & enabled? If so, disable them. this will not necessarily fix the issue it just makes identifying what is going on and where it may be coming from a bit easier.
