    • Thanks for the instructions to correct the /log issue. It didn't have any effect though on the template problem.

      OK - I think I have found the problem. Can you use your cpanel, ftp or equivalent to change the name of the background image called - Mother's Day Slide.jpg

      First rule of images - never use spaces in filenames, replace with hypens (-) or underscores (_)

      Second rule of images - never use apostrophes (') as these get translated as part of a code string.

      Please rename to mothers-day-slide.jpg and see if that helps.

      If this resolves your problem then please edit your first post in this thread by adding SOLVED at the start of the title and then select the green tick icon. This lets the moderators know that it can be moved to the solved section.

    • I'm also having an issue with Gantry not saving background settings. My filenames do not have spaces, apostrophes, etc. Any suggestions?
