    • All those issues are related to VM and the template for VM which you use so please contact VM support and that other template provider 8)

    • Hello,

      It's not a VM issue,

Could you at least guide me on the way, it's a Gantry template

      Thanks,
      All the best

    • Files that are mentioned in those error messages doesn't belong to Gantry at all. They belong to VM and VM template. This is not Gantry issue. You can prove that to yourself if you switch Joomla template to the default one. You will still have that error 8)

This could be permission issue though (totally unrelated to RT and template you use based on Gantry)

      For permission issues check...

      i) site > system information > directory permissions - are all GREEN (except config.php which should be red)
ii) check folders are 755, files 644 and that owner/group are correct using ftp client
iii) specifically check cache folder and css-compiled folder
iv) check that your are NOT using apachehandler for you hosting and that instead you are using fastCGI/cgi. If you are you need to correct this in cPanel or Plesk or ask your host to change this. Then you'll have to start again afresh.
      v) Use the Joomla Forum Post Assistant to do detailed checks http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f=621&t=582860

    • Many thanks Igor,

I have tried everything but desperate since a lot of few days. If I change permission, that don't solve because css files are created every second ...

So, I would like your are true but which files make compiled css ?

What could I say to the provider, because they said that's not the template but Gantry ?

I see on FPA : APACHE2HANDLER in red in php extension, so I could only change hosting I think because maybe there's no way from provider.

      Best

    • Apache2Handler is not really a good choice of php handler because file permissions with that handler are set to the web server user and not to the user of web hosting so you are not the owner of files. Ask your hosting to change this handler to something else (suphp for example or anything else that will create files under correct account)
