    • I understand Mark. If your read the post from November 22, the bulk of the post was about how we can do this together and you can that have free run to do whatever it is you do to see what is wrong before any resetting takes place. Following are quotes from what I am referring to;

      "I ran a test with me in Florida and a volunteer in the United Kingdom. We both logged in to chat using her Mac Book and all worked great. THEN she logged in with her Samsung Galaxy and we talked for a few lines in one of the rooms back and forth. As soon as she clicked 'Leave Chat" the site crashed while I was still there!
      The same error message for Gantry popped up."

      "So, now we have one proven. She is willing to arrange a time to do this again IF you think we need her. But I think we can duplicate it ourselves using anyone with a Samsung cell phone, while at least one of us is also in the chat using a normal laptop or desktop. I can take part so the site can be reset right away, or if you don't want it reset so you can search the admin area at that point that works fine too."

    • Blair - Given the timezone difference it's not very practical to do something interactively. Nevertheless, we were going to look at you site again - but the admin details no longer appear to work.

      Please would you PM URL, superuser id and pswd and also please PM FTP logon, password and FTP URL.

      this issue should be fixed in gantry 4.1.24 which was released over the weekend.
      apologies that this took a while to be addressed.

      Wow, that was a direct fix for our issue! I had not noticed until reading the news about what the update addressed. That really encourages me since I had no idea the issue was beig addressed.

      I will disable the automatic clear cache function that I was using Akeeba Admin Tools for and see if the original problem stays in check. (ie; site crashes as soon as Gantry and Gantry Less Cache files fill up into the teens range). It usually took less than 24 to 48 hours for the site to crash.
