    • Joomla 3.2 is full of bugs ... it's risk to use it on a real site right now (imho).
      You may want to check the official Joomla bug tracker for more info.

    • We're not planning on going live until July. Would you recommend starting at 3.1 and then upgrading to 3.2 later?
