    • I'm sorry but I'm not able to provide any further information on when this will be fixed (if indeed it is proven to be a bug). I have reminded the DEVS again that this "issue" exists.

    • You should go into your Google Analytics account and make sure that it is upgraded to the new Universal Analytics. In some cases, this will not be possible right now. If not, you will need to disable the RT Universal Analytics and put the Classic Analytics code in a custom module. We have had numerous sites that the RT Universal Analytics did not work automatically without changes to our Analytics accounts. It was premature for RT to switch Gantry to Universal Analytics when the complete rollout of Universal Analytics is not yet complete by Google.

      Thanks for this, and I agree with you regarding the premature change to Univeral Analytics. I have started the upgrade process on my Analytics account and have to wait 24-48 hours for the new code before I can make the change to the Analytics code.

    • Hi,

      please accept my apologies if this is a silly question, but it is bugging me.
      Since the Universal upgrade, I am struggling to understand if I should just leave the simple UA code in Gantry Features or if I should paste the more advanced script provided by Google, i.e.

      <script>
      (function(i,s,o,g,r,a,m){i=r;i[r]=i[r]||function(){
      (i[r].q=i[r].q||[]).push(arguments)},i[r].l=1*new Date();a=s.createElement(o),
      m=s.getElementsByTagName(o)[0];a.async=1;a.src=g;m.parentNode.insertBefore(a,m)
      })(window,document,'script','//www.google-analytics.com/analytics.js','ga');

      ga('create', 'UA-#########', 'auto');
      ga('send', 'pageview');

      </script>

      Many thanks

    • The new script is already in latest gantry - you just put ua code in template manager. But you do need to ensure that your UA account on google has been upgraded.
