Gantry error on iphone and android

Hi,
I'm having some issue with a website using Joomla 1.6, Gantry Framework 3.2.7 and the mercado template 1.6.4. Basically the website doesn't work on mobile devices (I'm testing on iphone and android)
All I get is this error message:
Fatal error: Cannot access protected property
JParameter::$_raw in
/home/mediprom/public_html/libraries/gantry/facets/menu/gantrymenu.class.php on line 42
I already tried to install again gantry and the template, as well as uninstalling them and reinstalling. I noticed during the gantry install this message: Please check install details for issues. (I don't know if it means something)

i've edited the file, changed :
$checksum = md5($args[0]->_raw);
to
$checksum = md5($args[0]->raw);
that's like to work

that's interesting, thanks Ronan I'll give it try.
In the mean time I did a test on a completely fresh install of joomla 1.6 and gantry with the mercado template and everything works fine. Strange behavior.

- yep and my solution is not a solution finally, the problem is that the Objects are :protected, we need to get they "public" to access it when our cache is enabled

Do you have any info on how to "get public access to it when our cache is enabled?"
I did not have time to mess around because I had to make a site live so I went with the free joomla mobile -- www.mobilejoomla.com/ -- it worked first try out of the box, and the only addon I needed (also free) was the google analytics addon.

- Still no final solution on this? I would like to use the rocket themes and gantry for the total solution but do not have time to figure out anomalies in setting, etc on every project!

Turn off the Joomla Cache and only use the Gantry Cache. - Designer, copywriter, SEF expert
