Thanks for keeping Gantry alive.
I have installed Gantry 5.5.16 on a staging site:- Joomla 4.4.0
- PHP 8.1.23
- Joomla 4.4.0
- Database 10.3.39-MariaDB
- Theme v1.5.0 / rt_akuatik
- Gantry 5.5.16
So far it all appears to be working apart from the following messages:
After the installer finished I received:
Warning JInstaller: :Install: Can't find XML setup file. Unable to detect manifest file.
With error reporting on maximum and debug on, the following was reported:
Deprecated: htmlspecialchars(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($string) of type string is deprecated in /. . ./public_html/templates/rt_akuatik/html/layouts/chromes/gantry.php on line 31
I will keep testing and report back if I find anything.

I have installed Gantry 5.5.17-dev-2a29a1a3d and Helium v5.5.17-dev-2a29a1a3d on a new site in development:
Joomla 4.4.0
PHP 8.1.24
Joomla 4.4.0
Database 10.5.22-MariaDB
No issues so far but I haven't had time to do much more than install and look things to make sure immediate errors, will be working with the next week whcih should give it a pretty good stress test. Will resport if any issues. -

Rapport d'erreur au maximum, :je ne vois aucun problème sur le site.
No issues.

Upgraded to most current version tonight on a test site running Joomla 4.4.0, with no apparent issues on Rockettheme Horizon template. Deprecated warnings are all gone, and Google Pagespeed Insights reports site is 100% on "Best Practices."
Ubuntu LTS 22.04.1
MariaDB 10.6.12
PHP 8.2.11
Apache 2.4.58
using fpm-fcgi for Web server to PHP

Im tested it in Joomla 5.0.0 with Notio 1.5.

Just ran the update provided by the Joomla update process on a members site and 5.5.17 cleared all "deprecated messages" they were reporting.
No issues during the update. No clearing of cache was needed. - Last Edit: 9 months 2 weeks ago by Joe Halleck.
