SOLVED Gantry Upgrade Error

Got problems here also...Not sure if it is related to the upgrade but I have no ajax in the control panel. Link to a screenshot showing some details...

It shows the amount of modules published above the slider, but the slider is showing all positions, not only the published ones.
Also, none of the on/off switches are clickable. The drop downs work but any ajax is busted...
Any tips on where a rookie should look...
I know enough to get into trouble and not enough to get out... - Newbie who's not so new...just slow on the know.
AND Yes, I read the Top Tips for Support and YES, it helps get results!!!

You will need to:
1) uninstall Gantry 3.1.4 (from the Joomla Install/Uninstall facility)
2) download the Gantry 3.0.12 referenced in the above noted thread.
3) Use Joomla's Install/Uninstall to upload the new (old) Gantry
