@kthakston, glad you solved your issue!
@tatsujin, i believe you should be able to renable the caching now that your changes have taken.
also make sure not to combine certain zippers with eachother as mentioned here:

Thanks Kat, I'll wait on re-enabling any cache/zip options until the site is out of development . . . it seems this was the issue so we'll remember this for future, disable cache/zip until ALL changes are completed
