Gantry Template Editor Display Error

Hello,
I am unable to make edits within the gantry template editor. When I open up the editor through Extensions-Template Manager and click on the Panacea Template, the page that opens is text only (see attached image) instead of pull down menus, slider bars, etc.
I have set all the file permissions correctly, and receive no warning messages when turning on debugging and maximum error reporting.
Has anyone experienced this and found a solution?
Here are my specs:
Joomla 1.5.23
Panacea 1.5.6
Gantry 3.1.12
PHP 5.3.6

thanks for the quick reply. this site is hosted through my school account and i cannot give access for ftp login.
is it possible for you to let me know what exactly you're looking for and i could do it myself?

A bit hard to say but in general it's a permissions issue of some kind or a missing file or bad path.
It can also be a bad plugin that conflicts with Gantry or the template itself. Even if it's not installed by you it can also be something "fishy" such as Google's PageSpeed and similar.
It's much easier to find once you have an FTP client and CPanel up and running

Thanks, Prim. Just to be clear - I do have an FTP client, however, no CPanel.
Are there any likely files or folders I should check for permissions and/or missing files and bad paths?
I don't have any additional plug-ins besides the ones that came with the rocket launcher install.

Hi Dan,
I took a quick look at admin and I cannot see cURL enabled
Get that enabled and see if it cures your problem. I also noticed that your max upload size is 2M so it may be that your upload got truncated?
Just a couple of ideas to check out. :cheesy:

You can start by checking this:
Folder templates/rt_quantive_j15 is not writeable.
Folder administrator/templates/system/ is not writeable.
Folder templates/rt_quantive_j15/custom is not writable.

Did you mean that these folders should or should not be writeable?
All the folders you listed are writeable (including their files) in my current set up.
