    • Mark,

I've made a decision to change to a simpler theme, one that is not so code heavy. So I'm going to switch to Afterburner 2. Aside from the problems I've been having, I've noticed that other extensions interfere with one another, so I think that simpler is better.

That said, I've installed Afterburner 2, BUT Gantry is still "frozen" on the back end? Should Fresco and Gantry be completely uninstalled? Then, I could reinstall gantry? I'm not sure what to do, but I need to get this corrected. Please help.

      Thank you!

    • 1. your site seems to still be using Joomla 3.2.0 - upgrade this to J3.2.1 - J3.2.0 is too unstable to be using, J3.2.1 is a lot better.
      2. you're still getting a JS error in template manager (see screengrab) - a clean rocketlanucher does not not do this (I tested this) so it would appear to be some sort of conflicts with the extensions that you have installed.

So, I suggest that you try to create a test installation of afterburner (using a rocketlauncher) on the same server and see if that gives the error in template manager - if that is ok then and your extensions one at a time (clearing cache and testing after each install) until you find the culprit causing the clash/issue.

      Regards, Mark.

    • Mark,

I don't know what to do anymore. I've done the following:

      1) Tested every extension by enabling/disabling each one. Nothing changes.
      2) In my test region (where I'm not having this issue) I added again every extension from my live site, but nothing broke it.
      3) I wiped my server clean (after backing up files and databases, of course), reinstalled Joomla, then installed the Afterburner Bundle (not rocketlauncher). STILL the issue of a frozen template configuration exists. Also, the "Invalid Token" message still persists.

Not sure what to do anymore. This new live site doesn't even have any extensions installed in it and I still get the error. Any additional thoughts?

    • Ok I wanted to look at this fresh install of afterburner with no extensions installed that exhibits this issue - unfortunately I was unable to login again as the credentials no longer appear to be valid?

    • ok I just logged into your site - went to template manager, edited your template (change a couple of colors), saved template, cleared cache and it all works fine?

    • Well, first and foremost, thank you! Yes, it appears to be working now and I appreciate you sticking with me through this.

I guess my question is, how were you able to do it so easily?? My problem was that I couldn't even save anything without getting the "Invalid Token" error, so I never was able to save my changes. Why do you think it would work for you and not for me???

    • I can only presume that you had not cleared your browser cache. All I did was what I stated above.
