In my installation of Gantry 5, new K2 child items created under specific categories have begun to inherit the assigned parent category outline (assigned by menu item), and not the default outline (these child items are not linked to menus).
Older items inherit the default outline for page display, it is only new items (let's say created in 2016) that are inheriting the parent assigned category outline, not the default outline.
This has become apparent when assigned modules are not appearing on child item pages. I haven't changed how content is created:

It could well be the same issue if you are using J3.6.3.

I whitelisted my IP and it accepted it and said would take 2 mins to refresh.
I have given it 20 mins and still can't get in?

My IP has changed see secure... I use dynamic IP so this could be a big problem accessing your site as my IP changes often.
I still can't get in even after whitelisting...
