    • My apologies. The cache has been cleared at theproxy firewall end, and I am able to access the site from a thrid part netwwork.

One solution is to try another browser, or quit the browser session. To be honest, we've not seen this type of behavior from the proxy firewall once the security is cleared for the admin section.

    • Ok I finally got in.

So checking the "second...." page the menu item for that is menu item ID34. Checking menu item 34 it is of type "single K2 item" and the outline set for that menu item is "use default" (ID 44) - and that's what it is doing?

Checking the "The LCADA way" page the menu item for that is menu item ID16. checking menu item 16 is is of type "category blog" and the outline set for that menu item is "Isotope - cat blog" (ID 47).

So as far as I can tell the menu items are doing what they should be doing?

If you have a menu item specifically targeting a K2 item then that will be the menu item used to render the page and therefore the outline used will be what the menu item says to use. If you don't have a specific menu item targeting the K2 item, then next Joomla will look for a category menu item that picks up that article (e.g. a category blog) if it finds that then it will use that menu item to render the page. Both these scenarios see to be true in the examples you cited?

      Regards, Mark.

    • thanks Mark. I will try adding these items that are inheriting the category to the menu structure to see if that solves the issue.

Joomla is creating multiple URLs for this item — selecting a different Joomla URL as the main item in SH404 solves the issue.

My apologies for the trouble you had logging in via our proxy firewall at Sucuri.
