Thank for feedback - what approach do you recommend that we should take then please? If we are to investigate an issue on your behalf then we need to see the problem live to use our development tools. We could also ask users to make test copies of their sites for us to look at but that would be extremely unpopular. Without being able to see a site it's like sending a phot of your car to the local garage and asking them to tellyou what is wrong with it... it simply does not work.
When we ask for logins we ask that they be put in the secure tab of your post. This means that only you and RT staff can see them. So, to me this is a very secure method... but I really would like to hear your suggestions as we are always interested in improving our support processes.
