Hi, i am new to Gantry 5 and I like it!
I use the template Reiko with Joomshapers SPPageBuilder. Unfortunately, the dropdown of the Reiko menu will not overlay what is create by SPPB. In Helium or other Gantry templates it does. What CSS trick I have to employ to get it work with Reiko too?

Hello Mark, thanks for your reply.
I did it, but only because it is a test project. In times of EU data protection laws this way of problem solving is very problematic if you access a real site with user data. You and other companies like yourself should consider a different approach.

Thank for feedback - what approach do you recommend that we should take then please? If we are to investigate an issue on your behalf then we need to see the problem live to use our development tools. We could also ask users to make test copies of their sites for us to look at but that would be extremely unpopular. Without being able to see a site it's like sending a phot of your car to the local garage and asking them to tellyou what is wrong with it... it simply does not work.
When we ask for logins we ask that they be put in the secure tab of your post. This means that only you and RT staff can see them. So, to me this is a very secure method... but I really would like to hear your suggestions as we are always interested in improving our support processes.

Remember to recompile CSS from base outline too.

first of all: THANK YOU for your excellent help with my problem!!!
I have not a good solution to the site access problem as we in Europa have a lot of headaches with the new privacy regulations.
I suggest either a copy of the site without customer data (that's not a good solution for big sites) or an order processing contract between site owner and rockettheme where you comply with EU regulations. I know that most of your clients will try to avoid any of these steps but that means potentially problems with the authorities. Maybe any other user has a better idea?

I don't think either of those options are practical. If we had to copy and load every single members site to answer every post then we'd never get anything done. We answer hundreds of posts a day with well over 100,000 members. Similarly if we were to sign contracts with every member then we'd need an army of full time legal professionals to check everything was ok before we signed.
But, I'd still welcome practical ideas that might satisfy your requirements.
