Your issue is almost certainly due to your old third-party extensions so you should try disabling all of them and clearing cache. Many of your extensions are showing updates in Joomla updater and they're almost certainly not compatible with PHP7.2 as they are.
Also you have lots of error showing on frontend too.
All of this is before you even attempt to install Gantry 5 or Kraken - so I really don't think this is anything to do with any RT product. Gantry 5 and Kraken do work on PHP 7.2.x so there will be no issue once you sort out all your third-party product errors.
