Yes, dozens of people looking for support and not paying attention to what they should be posting for the moderators or the team to give them a hand.
Certainly the resolution to their issues will take more time, asking for a link to a live site, etc. etc...
And then there are dozens and dozens more that post the proper details and get their questions answered in one or two replies.
You've been directed to links that explain how to get support, Andy himself hopped in on this thread...
If you have a question about a particular template, post your question there and give up on saber rattling, bottom posting, rants and raves, etc.
Getting support is simple, if either of you don't follow the guidelines, who is to blame?
Really, although we want to satisfy you in the end, threads like this are a total waste of time.
