Yes, dozens of people looking for support and not paying attention to what they should be posting for the moderators or the team to give them a hand.
Certainly the resolution to their issues will take more time, asking for a link to a live site, etc. etc...
And then there are dozens and dozens more that post the proper details and get their questions answered in one or two replies.
You've been directed to links that explain how to get support, Andy himself hopped in on this thread...
If you have a question about a particular template, post your question there and give up on saber rattling, bottom posting, rants and raves, etc.
Getting support is simple, if either of you don't follow the guidelines, who is to blame?
Really, although we want to satisfy you in the end, threads like this are a total waste of time.

Well, as I can't get rockettheme to answer a simple question, I have been frustrated.

spent so long on this post, so nice nobody helps him ... what a rip off, sorry it is.

We are very proud of the help we provide "newbies" in-fact most of our moderators were newbies on this forum once. They became knowledgeable and skilled by participating in the forums, reading the FAQs provided and important 'stickied' topics, and generally just playing and experimenting with the templates.
RocketTheme templates and themes are built so that you can easily configure and customize them without having to touch a line of code, just playing around with the admin configuration parameters will allow you to change the feel of a site. However, if you want to start doing more complex and custom things, you are going to need to get down and dirty and start changing some css/images/html etc. Web design is not easy, there are lots of technologies involved, and each of those requires time and experience to really understand how to make changes properly. This is the whole reason that templates and themes exist. When people want a custom look, a template can get them 95% of the way there so that only 5% of the effort is needed to get them all the way there.
As a newbie I suggest first checking out the "Quick Links" button in the forum menu. There's tonnes of information in there about all aspects of web development. Then when you post a question, please be specific and provide relevent information, links, images, etc, so the moderators don't have to guess as to what exactly you are asking.
BTW. I see the original post that I assume started this rant was answered 2 days after you posted it. Of your 40+ posts, it seems approximately 75% of them are posts complaining about the poor support. If you would like a refund, I would be glad to offer you one.
