That's what I do always. Much quicker.
On a side note, whenever I zip up files, I right click on the folder and my zip menu comes up with options. I just use that. I don't know if it's the best way, but it works.

make sure that you are zipping the files, not the folder..
i.e. in your zip you want index.php to be in the / directory
you don't want there to be a folder called rt_mobius inside your zip..

I don't know why anyone hasn't posted this before but...
can you post the zip file here? then one of us can check it and tell you where you are going wrong.
Or at the very least what is the error message you get?
What changes did you make to mobius? did you add or remove files?
'It doesn't work' doesn't tell us much.
I can tell your for a fact that .zip works, because I have done it many, many, many times. -
