- But this tutorial not shows how to change the logo. Gantry only has logo on and off and the position. There is no way to change the file that will be used on other menu items (in my cas a smaller logo)

Hi,
this tutorial shows how to create different configuration for different pages. Since I don't know which template you are using I can't give you specific explanation for that specific template but idea is the following:
1. set smaller logo for the default template configuration
2. create per menu configuration for the home page. In that config disable logo in the template. Create custom HTML module and publish it in the same position as the logo is in the default template configuration - Check my services at: Mihha-Vision
