and just to say that of course the resize option won't work on images that you are using directly in the article. You set the sprocket items to load images from
a.) the media gallery
b.) the images and links-option
c.) RokGallery

- Okay -- I understand about choosing the image from within the module itself. But it still doesn't explain why the ellipsis is in the wrong place when there is no image in the article. But if you can look into this, that would be great. Thanks!

It's an old topic but if someone looks for solution for the ellipsis, like me...
I don't know the name in english but don't put <div> or <p> in the beginning of your article and no more problem with the " ... " in left.
