- You just go through the normal install procedure, go to Admin > Extensions > Extensions Manager > Install, browser for the file and upload & install. It will automatically install and delete itself once its done.

Hi James,
I've done installed this file
rokupdatesclean-1.0.0.zip
however this error still popup. " The RokSprocket Module needs the RokSprocket Component installed."
- I used rocketlauncher 2.5 voxel template
- I've installed hexeris template
- i'm missing the hexeris template below
8. FP RokSprocket - Strips
- Module Type: mod_roksprocket
- Module Position: bottom-a
- Module Class Suffix: fp-roksprocket-strips
- Set the module parameters like the following:
I uninstalled the roksprocket module and went to your site to download the module again.
How do re-install the roksprocet module to get rid of this error below?
" The RokSprocket Module needs the RokSprocket Component installed."

Hi there,
Just install RokSprocket as you would normally. Go to Extension Manager > Install and browse to roksprocket zip file to select and then click on upload and install.

Hi all, (version Joomla 2.5)
I've downloaded the latest module from this link

I've done the re-installed the roksprocket module extension from the admin backend
Here is the error kept pop up on the front end and back end after re-installed
"The RokSprocket Module needs the RokSprocket Component installed.
There was an error uploading this file to the server.
The RokSprocket Module needs the RokSprocket Component installed."

Hi,
I have followed the same instruction:
Upgrading
Install the extension at Admin → Extensions → Extensions Manager → Install. This will override the current files.
But still doesn't work
Here is the public path: nailart1.vm4design.com/
super username/password
test/RTerror123
Once logged in please change the password for me.

I'm in the same boat as this person and I don't see a resolution posted. Received 500 errors and RokSprocket modules backend either wouldn't display or view properly, and couldn't add new articles or it would crash the backend display. I have J2.5 with Diametric template installed. I found the rokupdatesclean and uploaded it thinking it was the problem. Got the same error "The RokSprocket Module needs the RokSprocket Component installed."
It seems to like the module but it's not seeing the component?
Please HELP! If I have to sign up for the next 10 years so that I can get a quick answer just let me know lol.
