Art,
It would basically be as easy as:
1. Adding a sub-folder on your hosting called trail-trales.
2. Upload a brand new install package of Joomla 2.5 to that sub-folder. Extract and install.
3. Upload the Halcyon template and copy over the CSS from what you have now on Trail Tales.
4. Copy over the content, add the same menus, and install the same extensions, etc.
5. Link the appropriate menu to that folder (So the menu would be linked to www.skagitbeaches.org/trail-tales ) - Kind regards,
