There is no need because I can't check your server error log through FTP and through your Joomla admin. As I said, if you don't know how to find that info, please contact your hosting support and ask them to provide full server error log and not just php stack trace

They have to provide server error log. What kind of hosting company can't provide server error log. PHP stack trace can't help you to debug server related issues

- BTW, which version of RokGallery did you install? Can you try to reinstall it?

If you can get your info over to Kat, she can let us know more about the install.
A couple questions:
How far along are you with the RokGallery stuff? Can we uninstall it or do you need to recover the information you have in there already? If you already have tons of images in there, that's fine, just let us know.
You said RokGallery import. Did you mean installing RokGallery, Importing images into RokGallery, or Importing RokGallery info from another site in to this site?
If it comes to it, we'll create a copy of your site so we can troubleshoot, then get a fresh fixed copy to you.
I'm guessing there was a disconnect somewhere between installing, uninstalling, deleting something, or a permissions issue on some file somewhere that caused one of the previous things to not operate right. We'll work on it and come up with a game plan for you!

thank you for the details, unfortunately i did not find a way to access your database and i also could not get the ftp details to work.
i believe you could get your admin area back running when you disable rokcommon in your database.
make sure to disable both, the library and the system plugin, see pic.
once you get the admin back we can check again.

hi grant,
this morning i was able to access your site via ftp.
the error you posted before:
Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Exception' with message 'RokCommon: Unable to find the RokCommon library at ... pointed to an issue with the library.
turns out the rokcommon library was not complete, i renamed the exisiting rokcommon to rokcommon_old, then added the new complete rokcommon library via ftp.
both frontend and admin are back up and running and it looks as if rokgallery is ready to be used.
apologies that this took so long to resolve.
