We don't say that ALL of our templates are mobile friendly. You won't see that anywhere. If you check this compatibility matrix, you will see which templates are responsive

Yes, and according to your 'compatibility-matrix' at least ionosphere, camber and modulus are not mobile friendly with joomla 2.5 (before I was using the modulus template under joomla 1.5 without any mobile issues).

I think that there is really no point in this discussion anymore. If you think that you are tricked somehow, please contact our support through email and make official complaint there

It is not that 'I think that I am tricked some how' it is a fact since you do not provide the support I paid for.

I will only contact your support team be email if their is a good chance that I will not read anymore the recurrent 'response' (since a year) like 'it's due to third party', etc.

Your compatibility-matrix is misleading since you do not put any legend or date : last year, you assumed in this same forum with the same force than presently that the Camber template was mobile friendly. In fact, you just put as 'mobile compatible' your last templates while you well know they are not : I leave you to put a name on this kind of 'business model'...

Please be aware that your subscription allows you to use templates in accordance with the terms laid down in your membership. Support is not part of that. We provide it for free. Here is what you signed up to in the Terms of Service

      Support:
RocketTheme offers these templates and designs "as is", with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and modules. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration, etc. A private members-only forum is available to Template Club members. RocketTheme does not commit to monitor these forums, but we reserve the right to respond and answer questions. You acknowledge by your use of the templates that it is at your sole risk, and that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with the templates.

The reality is that some 3rd party extensions are poorly constructed. In the same way those people always say it is the fault of the template. Just compare the level of support on their forums versus ours and often you will find we have been more helpful to members than they have been. 8)

Not sure where you are going with that last comment. As for not including a legend, well it seems like a waste of space when every icon has a mouseover tooltip explaining its meaning.

Hope this clarifies your misunderstanding of "paid support".
