Would a refund, because I did not see solution to the issue.
The theme that I bought is not a blog or hobby. But it is for our company. We are being impacted.

apologies for the late response and that we still don't have a solution.
maybe you can try the extension that daniel is using?
i had talked to one of our developers before who referred me to one of our other devs. i am going to check back with him.
if you prefer a refund at this point though, please let me know.

Hi,
Yes I have debug on and I'm using the that extension to hide it frontend and everything works perfectly. Not the ideal solution but at least its workable for now.

It doesn't work.
I created a new subdomain ( blog.pmgacademy.com/ ), I installed the theme and the problem is the same. I did a default and clean installation and nothing else.
Only have the Joomla and the Theme and NOTHING ELSE!

ok I can get in now - but I have absolutely no idea why you're getting this issue other than to say that I believe it is a server environment issue. I have asked again if one of the DEVS can have a look for you.

I disabled the CDN service in the Cloud Flare site.
