Well I can't seem to find the site where I was having this problem. I'm curious enough that I want to go through all my sites. Like the original poster stated I never had this issue until a few days ago. Now it seems to be gone.
I do believe that at one time I also experienced the RokUpdater issue. Haven't had an issue in a long time.
Can you use the 'secure' option above post input to provide me with a temporary Super Admin access please and I will take a look to see what the cause may be.
Thanks

No access - Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.
Please check that the login works and you haven't got geo-blocking in place.
Thanks

OK - login works now. Unfortunately not super user so cannot see updater.
As it is we had a server issue a short while back and it appears that this problem was caused by files being ok on one server but not the other. Changes have now been made and so the warning should now be gone.
Thanks for your patience

Awesome. Sorry for the SU blunder. I thought admin would give you access to the extension manager. Need to keep that in mind.
So, the RokUpdater authentication now works too!
Strangely, none of the extensions that are showing as in need of updates on the site that still has the updater, show under the updates on the site I removed RokUpdater to fix the original error.
Does that mean that I will have to manually update those extensions from now on? I don;t see RokUpdater on the list of available extensions on the site anymore.
Try clearing cache both in the updater and your browser.
It was only because of a few posts on the subject that I went to one of my own sites and found I had a similar message. One of the other mods also checked and he too had the error. I don't have rokupdater installed and I just checked and it warned me of updates for rokbooster and roksprocket, so it is working as expected.
Hope this helps
