I am always confused on the request for a photography template. (Of course I am sure as a newbie way back when I made the request, but that was just sheer newbieness).
Now as a much more experienced web person and a very experienced photographer...a good portion of RT templates already fit the bill and can easily be adjusted to be a photography site.
Oh, and I may not be the best at web design, heck, I may even suck, but hands down...I am one of the best photographers out there.
Oh, and back to this thread.
Hmm...I wonder what Mr. Miller has been up to? (Hopefully, he will answer that question and throw us a bone.)

OK bones time First "fast" related to another project, NOT related to this month's template. This month's template contains lots of "new" little extensions I think your going to like. One of them relates to making things fast, so that could count
