Here I am again, waiting for a template, counting the minutes to 12:00. Don't know what's in store but I know I'll be happy when it gets here.
Do you think the team could start releasing the templates a month earlier so I can have them customized and ready to go sooner?

You guys "do" understand that our team can multi-task, right? Just because one template was late in the last year (or more?!?!?!) doesn't throw the rest of their schedule off.
They still have 3 hours 12 minutes to go before we can call them late. ROFLMAO!
