    • Not to be argumentative, but how is, say, a Call of Duty template different from the 'WoW' template in the labs:

      labs.rockettheme.com/joomla-templates/wo...arcraft/outland.html

Change the background, the icons/graphics, and it just became a CoD template, no? ...for a template to release that's already laden with CoD graphics just crowded about probably 80-90% of the RT club from using the template without having to do some serious leg work to clean it all out...

    • Same Old, Same Old should apply to the fact that you have one more month of making 1.0 templates. ;) 1.0 templates are same old, same old.

If anything drop Dec. 1.0 template and take all that extra time and effort to give us an early Christmas Gift - A 1.5 Template that doesn't suffer from attention deficit because you have to include effort into the same old, same old 1.0. :P

    • While I have no qualms with any of the work that RocketTheme produces, I would like to see more popular component/module integration. I mean it's nice to keep adding more module positions but it would be better if those modules matched the overall look of the template. I know it could potentially turn into a huge undertaking so I've come up with a possible solution. Have club members nominate extensions they would like to see included and either focus on the most popular extensions every template release OR focus on a specific extension each month (very similar to the approach taken with Populus). For example, December would be Community Builder/JomSocial, January would be VirtueMart, etc.

Gridlock - A Custom Gantry Template

    • I will not be renewing my service here at rocket theme as the templates seem to be all the same design with no new looks just different colours and layout.

I like difference and look forward to getting to see the new designs from all my current template providers.

    • I see the other major club released the exact same template for the last two releases...another "II" version for the record books. ;)

    • Im sorry I opened up this can of worms. My criticism was meant to spur more of a difference in template design styles. I like Catalyst because the look and menu is unique compared to most of the box style templates. I liked the 'post-it' style module designs and the way the advert modules bounce on mousover. Here is a link to how im using it:
      www.guardiansample.com/awa2/ .

Its still in development but the Participants section is what im currently working on. I used the post-it style modules as a side menu. These are the types of original design features i like and would like to see more of.

Well, why didn't you say that in the first place? :P I checked out your site - looks good love the content. As for the look and style - love it, especially the pictures you added. Yes, that template fits well with your theme. I have a dating site coming out that works well with R2 and now that V4 is out (I have been looking forward to a template like that) I have a few projects that it will blend well with and do them justice.

Anyway, worms are tasty - love the fried ones. :P
