The template is hand-made one and is not purchased from any template seller.
My question was not clear about the license either. Can I use this piece of code on my site template?
As you can see I have already installed IE6 check module if you try in IE6 and I just wanted to use the Cookie functions since the IE6 check module lacks the cookies checking and therefore displays in all the pages.
