    • The first thing I did was contact BBB through the link on his site. I got an email back from them stating that this was a civil matter and not something that they could deal with.. I am left wondering what exactly do they deal with?

When did you rework the site? He is also stating that he redesgined these in the last year! More fuel to the BBB if you need it
I started on the design in question in February.

If I can be of a little assistance here, being a former IBM bulldog who is used to dealing with jerks.

There is an old saying: stop sh_ting in the winds. Meaning, stop trying to wrangle with a crook.
Google, fellow search engines, and the other big boy software folks despise content/software pirates. If you can clearly point out that he is committing this act, they will drop him like a hot potato -- (and, potentially all of the sites he has his stamp on. )

Personally, I would not waste my pen sending him any warning emails. If you are going to going to clean the streets of vermin like this- point and shoot with canons.

We have money to make with our time, and that bastard has been picking pockets for too long now. Plus, you get a new contact at Google out of it  networked as Mr. Goodguy.

      How cool is that?

      Chow for now,
