I mean what you put in single page like a frontage.
Scaling an entire site to fit on a device including all elements like a zoom.
doesnt really work ... that's why there responsive design.
But of course responsive isnt the answer for everything like large sites for example.
So you ac set your site to 960px fixed (or 1200px fixed) if you want to.
