    • Sorry, I just created a content item titled Contact Us and pasted that code into it. Then I created a menu link to that content item.

      Ok I know this is probably a silly question but if you do this then don't you have two contact us in the menu? How do you get them both to show on one page/one menu item?

    • Mark nevermind I figured it out. The one thing I have not yet been able to figure out is how you set the Address and phone number to show on top of the form??
