cant believe its been pirated the day after release,
Does this not Pi** you guys off after all that hard work for it to be uploaded to filesharers etc...?
Just googled rockettheme and the 6th item down has nearly all your templates added.
I hope they are riddled with security holes that the uploader has added

- Is it possible the owner has a developer's license? Developers have an unlimited license. Just a thought before we blast someone... or worse, boycott someone's site when they are legit.

The best thing to do is contact RT and send them the links, the only way RT can stop it is to contact the host of the site where you can download it from.
I understand totally your thoughts, all the hard work that goes into this site, staff and the templates.
It makes me feel sick people do this.

It does not matter if they have dev license, you can not upload the templates for others to download.

i used the contact form just after posting.
i guess you cant stop it but its best to try and prevent it when its only 6 links down from the official site on google!

^ I tried to be too honest. I tried contacting support. Did this like months back. But, i don't think RT can do much
The site is still running fine.
The brighter side: I used to check some sites where you get Joomla templates (Pirated). I ended up signing up on RT

- best is just to ignore filesharing sites all together. I have a webdev friend who downlaoded a pirated yootheme template and it was full of code that directed people to the uploader's porn site.....not a good thing.

i use rapidshare sometimes to try stuff out before i buy, but recently most things have been removed for copywrite reasons, i think if you contact them they have to remove the file.
try clicking the link and reporting the file. - Kiss my RSS
