Thanks, I already got in. I'm am loving this 10mb download in about 25seconds instead of about 1 1/2 minutes.
My quick review on Joost so far... My Pluses (+) and Minuses (-)
(+) Neat concept with the interface and method of selection.
(+) Videos seem to stream fairly nice at times.
(+) The 5.1 digital surround sound is absolutely AWESOME!
(-) Picture quality is a bit less than DVD standards, which is kinda pixelated and washed out at times. This is kinda expected with the compression that they must be forced to use for streaming.
(-) Stream rate get affected by numerous factors such as; number of viewers online, general web traffic, commercial downloads, etc.
(-) Commercials interrupt movies at weird times (at random it seems) and sound levels are not adjusted to meet medial levels of the regular broadcast. EXAMPLE- I was watching the movie "Dragonslayer" and had the 5.1 digital surround soun set to optimum levels. At a very random point in the movie, a Ball-Park Franks Commercial came on and the sound was so loud, it was distorted through my speakers.
(-) Commercial downloads interrupt the streamrate of the movie and cause tons of pixelation.
(-) Overall selection (at this time) is a bit lacking but the program is still in beta and I am sure that this will improve with time.
Just a brief "what's-what" from me...

I use
http://www.speedtest.net/
for measuring bandwidth. I rarely test-out less than 4.23 MB/sec... The max that I have tested out 5.83 MB/sec. Which is higher than I expected since my package is 5MB max (my understanding), maybe it was a calculation error on the testing server... but I am not gonna complain!
