Erm, how do I get Quake setup on a windows box? I guess i need to buy Quake? If so, which version?
So many questions and so few answers from me! 
Too bad you guys don't play Americas Army (completely free)... but just as well, it's like digital crack, very addictive, lol.

You need to get hold of a copy of Quake 3.

You need to follow Andy's instructions in his first post to get what you need.
The critical file is the resource archive (pak0.pk3) which you will need to get from the original game disc. - Toolbox Digital | Dribbble | Forrst
