    • Today woopra plugin stopped working. Maybe wroopa's devs have changed something in the code?
      I did a test by disabling RokWoopra mambot and manually entering wroopa code in index.php and now it works again.

      I'm using Joomla 1.0.x

      Is anyone else having the same problem?

      Thanks

      Dunno if they've changed the script.

      The code looks like this:
      <script type="text/javascript">
      var woopra_id = '20########';
      </script>
      <script src="http://static.woopra.com/js/woopra.js"></script>

      Is it working for you, Andy?

      Thanks

    • Hi Andy,

      I have a huge problem; I hope you get this soon!

      I just installed RokWoopra. Immediatly after activating the plugin, I recieved the Restricted Access page. I am locked out of my admin and my site is down. I'm too green to know what to do about this and pretty freaked out really.

      My site is www.myomspot.com

      Please Help!

      Thanks,
      Brad

    • seems you've removed the plugin and things are working again? what version of Joomla are you running? when you 'enabled' the plugin, did you view the source? was the woopra js in there?

    • Thanks for the quick reply!!!

      I haven't done anything. I was thinking about removing the plugin but was waiting for your advice.

      I'm using 1.5.3 and I clicked the red X instead of going into the configuration; as the screen refreshed, I was restricted access.

    • the frontend works fine.. and there's no plugin code there. so i think it's disabled/unpublished. You should really upgrade to 1.5.6. It's a security thing, but who knows, things might start working again. Not sure what's causing your problem, never had an issue with activating a plugin. On the backend, the plugin doesn't even run.

    • Ok, well thanks.

      I have two different machines here with Firefox IE and Safari, but none of them are working. My other sites with the same host are working. Strange stuff.

      Is removing the files via ftp so as to reinstall a bad idea?

    • I did that and I have access again. Thanks for the help and patients; I'm pretty green at this. All of you are pretty great at that.

      Regards,
      Brad
