That is what I'm saying, but I'm talking about doing that in your template.css file, not the article itself.
The template.css file has the style settings for the readmore link and this template has two separate style designated for that. If you switch the two style names, the button style you're looking for will become the default readmore style and the other style will be the secondary style.
Yeah...that's what I thought you meant, so I tried that and it changed the style on the readmore link that is working on the front page at test.rockola.com, but still nothing appeared on the page where the readmore link is not being displayed.
I added those pictures to clarify that I'm not concerned about the style of the readmore link but rather about the total lack of a readmore link -- in any style or format! -- where I have put one. I wasn't sure if that was clear.
It's in the code when viewing the code in the editor in the back end. It is missing from the code when viewing the code on the front end with Firebug--and consequently not showing up on the page. I have triple checked that Article parameters are set to SHOW the readmore link and the menu item parameters are set to "use global".
Very strange! I am mystified. Obviously!
